Students undergo vocational training during summer and winter vacations as part of their curriculum. The goal is to prepare them for successful careers in fields such as Electronics, Computer Science, and IT.
Training focuses on technical and practical aspects of trades, including the use of specialized equipment, industry safety guidelines, and supporting subjects like mathematics, science, and computer skills.
The program may also include internships or co-op opportunities, giving students real-world experience and practical exposure to industry practices.
Industrial visits provide students with hands-on experience in real-world industrial settings. Organized as part of the curriculum, these visits help students understand practical applications of classroom concepts.
Students tour facilities, observe production processes and machinery, and interact with industry professionals to learn about challenges, requirements, and solutions in the field.
Visits also expose students to latest technologies, equipment, and techniques used to improve efficiency and productivity. Typically conducted during semester breaks, they range from half-day to full-day sessions under faculty supervision.
